Cannot find Title Master due to first time being used.
Cause:
The 'Title Master' has not been used before.
Solution:
Change to 'Slide Master' view and insert a 'New Title Master'.
To create a new 'Title Master ' :
1) Move to 'Slide Master' view:
a) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Master'. (The Master submenu appears.)
b) Select 'Slide Master'. (The Slide Master slide appears.)
2) Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'New Title Master'. (The Title Master slide appears, displaying the 'Master title placeholder' and the 'Master subtitle placeholder'.)
